good breakfast spacious layout metro station
The complimentary breakfast featured many choices. The staff, especially in the breakfast area, were very nice (I really appreciated their attentiveness). My room included a spacious layout. The location near the metro station made getting around convenient.
The furniture seemed a bit old.

fantastic stay!
valet parking proactive housekeeping ample water tasty option
I stayed for several nights and found the experience quite satisfactory. the hotel offered complimentary valet parking, a HUGE convenience. i also appreciated the proactive housekeeping. The team ensured ample water and maintained the room impeccably. breakfast had various tasty options.
the gym equipment seemed to be used frequently. so it had a very slight delay in accessing equipment at peak times.

the room included a functional sofa bed and offered sufficient space for luggage. the provided toiletries were of good quality. in addition, the room had effective soundproofing, blocking most external noise.

generous selection close bus stop late restaurants
The breakfasts offered generous selections of beverages and international cuisine i enjoyed. the bus stop and metro station were close. many restaurants nearby stayed open late. That was convenient. the staff were kind and attentive making my visit nice
The shower mixer made it hard to control water temperature. The water was either very hot or too cold i found. it would have been nice to easily adjust the temperature.

breakfast variety great location excellent service unhelpful staff phone charger delivery refusal
i found the breakfast a big spread with all varieties. i am a vegetarian and the vegetarian options were in a good number. the location is very well. services were excellent.
the staff are not very HELPFUL sometimes. for example, in other hotels i can ask for things like phone chargers or plugs. they don't help out happily. also, i got a delivery from careem and they refused to keep it for me.
